Insurance Participation Details

We DO NOT participate with any HMO or DMO insurances.

We DO NOT participate with Medicaid/Medicare.

We DO NOT participate with Fidelis or Health First.

Insurance is an agreement between you, your employer, and the insurance company. We do not dictate how or what the insurance decides to pay. We encourage you to become familiar with your policy exclusion and deductibles. We will always help our patients maximize their benefits, including filing the forms with the insurance company.
